Transforming Veterinary

Cell Therapy Treatment

We Specialize in Safe, Natural Treatments that Promote Healing, Reduce Recovery Time, and Relieve Pain

Revolutionizing Regenerative Medicine for Animals

Pax Advanced Therapies provides next-generation regenerative medicine solutions using a system that concentrates a patient’s own blood cells for rapid, autologous healing. Our technology provides a simple, point-of-care approach to treating tendon, ligament, and joint injuries in veterinary medicine. Designed for efficiency and clinical versatility, Pax delivers powerful healing potential without the need for drugs or surgery.

Indications for Veterinary Use

Osteoarthritis

Tendon and Ligament tears

Bone injuries

Muscle tears and strains

Cartilage damage

Joint injuries

Wound Healing

MONOcells VET concentrates PBMC

MONOcellsVET preferentially captures and concentrates PBMC

Injection of the resulting MONOcellsVET harvest into the injury site induces M2 polarization

The harvested MONOcellsVET solution encourages healing

MONOcellsVET isolates and enriches PBMCs, delivering a concentrated suspension of regenerative immune cells for targeted healing.

Macrophage Polarization

Tissues where macrophages remain activated in the inflammatory M1 phenotype and do not switch into the anti-inflammatory and regenerative M2 phenotype resulting in Chronic Inflammation

Anti-inflammatory macrophages (M2) may originate from a new wave of monocytes entering into tissues during the resolution of inflammation

A new wave of monocytes entering into tissue polarize macrophage in M2 phenotype

PBMC induce M1 to M2 polarization

M1 to M2 polarization is an essential step to wound healing

MONOVET System Overview

MONOVET is a simple, single use disposable that concentrates PBMCs using a unique filter-based technology. As blood flows through the MONOVET system, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNC) are selectively captured on the surface of the filter and then back-flushed into a smaller volume, creating a PBMC concentrate. The concentrate can then be injected as a treatment at the injury site, or in joints for osteoarthritis.

Features of MONOcells VET®

MONOcells VET® is a simple, single use disposable that concentrates PBMC using a unique filter-based technology. As blood flowsthrough the MONOcells VET® system, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) are selectively captured on the surface of the filter and then back-flushed into a smaller volume, creating a PBMC concentrate. The concentrate can then be injected as a treatment at the injury site, or in joints for osteoarthritis. The MONOcells VET® system has several advantages over other techniques:

No centrifuge or power supply required

• As easy to use in the field as it is in the clinic
• Gentle gravity filtration is easy on cells and platelets, creating a high-quality concentrate that is rich in healing and growth factors
• Cost effective and efficient
• Natural cell therapy to promote healing
• Minimally invasive
• Reduces the risk of adverse reactions by the patient's own blood
• Same day procedure
• Can be used alone or in conjunction with other treatments, depending on the patient's needs

Future Expansion to Human Medicine

PAX Advanced Therapies is working to expand its groundbreaking mononuclear cell-based technologies into human medicine. This expansion will further enhance the potential of regenerative treatments and advance the field of cell therapy, offering new possibilities for medical innovations. Connect to learn in detail.
